Fillings

Different types of fillers can be used to fill areas of the body that have lost their fullness or sagging. One of the areas where the use of fillers for aesthetic purposes is quite common is the lips. Fuller and larger lips have always been desired by women. This is why lipsticks are the most popular cosmetic products in the world. There are 2 methods used to make the patient’s lips larger and fuller. One of them is lip augmentation with fillers and the other is lip augmentation with autologous fat transfer. The first one uses hyaluronic acid-based filling materials, while the second one uses fat tissue taken from the patient’s own body.

As a result of aging and the forces exerted by the muscles around the mouth, fat and skin tissues age and deform. Lips and the area around the mouth age and lose volume. Restoring volume to the area around the mouth provides a better and more youthful appearance. Younger people may also desire fuller and larger lips. In the autologous fat transfer option, the lips and the area around the mouth will also be rejuvenated with the effect of stem cells. Autologous fat transfer is a better option for those who want a long-term and more natural result.

A superficial anesthetic cream is applied and the patient does not feel any pain during the injection. It takes 20 to 30 minutes for the patient to prepare for the procedure. The patient can return to their daily life immediately after the procedure.

Botox

Horizontal lines on the forehead, lines between the two eyebrows that create an image as if the person is frowning, indentations and wrinkles that appear on the sides of the two eyebrows when the eyebrows are raised and make the aging on the face visible (crow’s feet lines), horizontal lines near the root of the nose, prominent upper gums when smiling, vertical lines on the upper and lower lips (cigarette lines), a horizontal line between the lower lip and the tip of the chin, and horizontal lines and vertical bands on the neck can be treated with Botox.

Botox can also be used to lift the tip of the nose, raise the edges of the lips and make the skin on the chin smoother. This is a successful method that can also be used to treat excessive sweating of the hands, feet, face and armpits.

Thread Face Lift

In this procedure, temporary sutures (threads) are used to reshape the facial oval that has begun to lose its contours, make cheekbones more prominent, restore drooping eyebrows, and the resulting image contributes to the patient’s facial expressions. Since the threads, which are 100% compatible with the skin, do not affect the muscles, a completely natural appearance is achieved. The person regains a younger version of the facial structure. The patient has almost gone back in time.

After the procedure, a rapid collagen production process starts around the threads. This process supports the procedure and the patient’s skin takes on a radiant appearance. The result is a skin that is completely renewed and regains its former vitality.

Mesotherapy

Urinary incontinence, which has four forms: urge, stress, mixed and overflow incontinence, is more common in women than in men and sMesotherapy is a new word in modern cosmetology. Today, with advances in cosmetology, there is every opportunity to maintain good skin regardless of age. Plastic surgery is not the only option and one must first try the many methods offered by modern medicine. The mesotherapy procedure, which refers to the injection of certain substances or mixtures up to six millimeters deep into the skin, can come to your aid. It is a common problem that seriously affects the social life and quality of life of individuals due to inadequate bladder control. In many patients, it is possible to get good results after simple lifestyle changes and simple drug treatments.

Some causes of urinary incontinence include aging, menopause, giving birth, diabetes, obesity, genetic and systemic diseases, while alcohol consumption, excessive fluid intake, diuretic drugs, various other medications, urinary tract infections and constipation can increase the symptoms of an already existing problem or cause temporary incontinence in otherwise healthy people.

In the diagnosis of urinary incontinence, it is very important to take a detailed health history (anamnesis) to determine the type and severity of incontinence. After the medical history, a physical examination is performed, which is essential in the diagnosis of incontinence.

These substances can be vitamins, microelements and amino acids. The rejuvenating mesotherapy technique can be used for skin aging, blemished areas, acne, loose skin and more. An allergy test is required before this procedure. To maintain results, mesotherapy sessions should be repeated regularly, at least once a year. For the face, seven sessions (once a week) would be normal, after which the patient will need to continue to supplement the treatment on a monthly basis. For the body, the recommended number of sessions is ten. Mesotherapy evokes painful sensations. Although it would be unfair to say that these sensations are intolerable, it should be noted that they are not pleasant. Of course, pain-relieving gels are used in this procedure. For a few days after the end of the mesotherapy procedure, it is best not to be exposed to direct sunlight, do not apply make-up products and do not take a bath. Importantly, mesotherapy sessions should only be performed by a licensed physician who understands the effects of the materials used on the body. There is also a “non-injection” version of mesotherapy known as electrophoresis, which allows the mixture to spread into the deep layers of the skin.

Endopeel

It is a muscle lifting method that reduces sagging in various parts of the body (e.g. buttocks, arms and abdomen), especially in the face and neck. It has been practiced more and more frequently in Europe and the USA in recent years. Phenic acid is the active ingredient of Endopeel, a patented product that increases muscle elasticity and reduces sagging and wrinkles through the tension it creates on the skin.

Endopeel, whose raw material consists of low molecular weight phenic acid and esterified fatty acids obtained from peanuts, can be rapidly removed after injection. 95% of the injected phenic acid is excreted in the urine within 24 hours. Peanut oil acts as a buffer for spreading and vacuolization. The substance remains in the muscle for 3 weeks and undergoes conversion of linoleic acids to arachidonic acids. Arachidonic acids increase the permeability of the cell membrane. The arachidonic acid conversion releases cytokines such as leukotrienes (LTB 4, LTD 4), prostaglandins (PGF2a, PGE2, PGI2) and thromboxane (TXA 2), which increase the inflammatory reaction. Endopeel is an internal peeler. In other words, when injected, the peeling effect starts from the inside and works its way outwards. Thanks to this process, the skin is renewed and tightened, and the face is lifted. Younger skin can be achieved with Endopeel. This procedure does not have any filling effect. The effect of Endopeel can last up to 8-10 months.

PRP

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is a form of treatment based on the transfer of plasma obtained from the patient’s own blood to another part of the body by following specific preparation steps. PRP is therefore not a medicine.

The average density of clot cells in the plasma obtained with PRP is one million per cubic millimeter. In PRP treatment, growth factors are obtained from clot cells that initiate all wound healing and tissue regeneration processes. The clot cells and growth factors in the plasma obtained by the PRP method spread to the deeper layers of the skin to regenerate the skin by increasing the formation of new collagen tissue and intercellular substance. Skin problems that normally take a very long time to correct, such as wrinkles, depressions, loss of elasticity and the consequences of years of ultraviolet exposure, can be reversed with this procedure.

PRP is not a new method, it is widely used in dental implants, aesthetic medicine, orthopedics, as well as in the treatment of wounds that have not healed in normal processes and normal time intervals. This procedure is used in all areas that require skin regeneration, such as the face, neck, upper parts of the hands, inner legs, arms and scalp. PRP also provides successful results in hair transplants. A lasting effect will be noticeable after three to four sessions. The patient can return to normal life almost immediately after the procedure.

Radio Frequency Therapy

Radio frequency (RF) neurotomy uses heat energy generated by radio waves to target specific nerves and temporarily suppress their ability to send pain signals.

This procedure is also known as radio frequency melting. Needles inserted into the skin, near the painful area, transmit radio waves to the targeted nerves. During radio frequency neurotomy, the doctor uses imaging methods to make sure that the needles are positioned correctly. This procedure is most commonly used for pain in the back, neck and hips (sacroiliac joint). It can also be useful for chronic knee or hip joint pain.

CO2 Fractional Laser Therapy

Fractional CO2 laser therapy is used in the correction of facial and neck wrinkles, non-surgical facelift and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. With this method, acne, acne scars, skin blemishes, non-surgical or surgical scars and skin cracks can be corrected by revealing fresh, youthful skin. Unlike other lasers, fractional CO2 laser treatments can be applied to deeper tissues thanks to the 10650 nm wavelength of the laser.

Since conventional CO2 lasers do not have a fractional function, the laser beams are applied to the entire skin. Therefore, the healing process of the skin is long. In the new tissues produced with the fractional laser method, the production levels of connective tissues such as collagen and elastin are high. This leads to stretching and rejuvenation of the skin. By applying micro-thermal treatment, it is important to create a homogeneous healing tissue without damaging the treated tissues. CO2 laser beams interact with water molecules in the tissue and the tissues are vaporized in columns of 120-micron diameter. At the same time, collagen tissue is shortened, and the vaporized tissues quickly join the healing process with solid tissue islets. Before the application, the skin is cleaned and a local anesthetic cream is applied. Laser application takes an average of 20-30 minutes for the whole face.

Ozone Therapy

Ozone is a form of oxygen. In alternative medicine, ozone therapy practitioners use gaseous or liquid nitrogen to treat medical cases or as a surface-applied disinfectant.

Practitioners have used ozone therapy in medical contexts for many years. Ozone therapy can be used to treat a wound or disease, for disinfection, chronic fatigue syndrome, stress and cellulite, detox, age-related health problems, hernias, fibromyalgia and other conditions.

Dermapen

The Dermapen method accelerates skin regeneration by stimulating the body to produce more collagen. It is used to solve many different problems, including acne and acne scar correction, treatment of sun spots and scars, promoting the process of skin regeneration in areas of tissue loss, tightening skin pores, treating bruises around the eyes and correcting eye bags, correcting mild wrinkles or sagging in the neck and décolleté areas, and eliminating visible warts and scars on the skin.

In this procedure, a pen-like instrument with micro-level needle surfaces is used to stimulate the superficial layer of the skin, triggering the production of proteins such as collagen and elastin, which form the main structure of the skin. Since it only affects the superficial layer of the skin, it does not cause any scarring or blemishes, is a simple and short procedure and offers results such as healthier, cosmetically more satisfying and rejuvenated skin.

Face Cleansing

Cleansing your face should be an integral part of your skincare routine. Cleansing helps to remove excess oil, makeup, dirt and dead skin. It refreshes your skin and gives your face a chance to breathe. It also provides a clean base before applying skincare products.

Different people have different skin types, and different skin types have different needs. If you are not sure what your skin needs when it comes to cleansing, we can give you an overview of the different facial cleansers and face washes you can find on the skincare market.
